This Privacy Policy explains how ZikZen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, operating the classified advertising platform
KadiMudi.LK (“KadiMudi”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information
when you access or use https://www.kadimudi.lk (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that
you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the practices described below.

1) Introduction and Scope
KadiMudi is an online classified advertisements platform that allows users to create accounts, post advertisements,
communicate with other users, and optionally purchase paid features such as featured listings, boosted ads, or other
promotional packages (“Paid Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered users, advertisers,
buyers, sellers, and anyone interacting with the Platform, whether through a browser, mobile device, or other digital interface.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information to operate the Platform, publish ads, prevent fraud, and provide Paid Services.
a) Information you provide to us
When you create an account, post an advertisement, contact another user, request support, or purchase Paid Services, we may collect:
name (or display name), email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), advertisement details
(title, description, price, category, location, images, and any other content you submit), messages and communications sent via the Platform
(where applicable), and any identification or verification information only if we introduce verification features in the future and clearly
notify you at the time of collection.
b) Information collected automatically (Log & device data)
When you visit the Platform, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system,
basic device identifiers, date/time stamps, pages viewed, clicks, and referring/exit pages. We may also infer an approximate location
derived from IP (not precise GPS). This data helps us maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
c) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Platform functional, remember preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 6.
3) How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes: to create and manage user accounts; to publish and display advertisements and enable
user-to-user communication; to provide customer support and respond to inquiries; to process payments for Paid Services and send confirmations
and receipts; to monitor, prevent, and investigate fraud, spam, abuse, prohibited content, and security incidents; to enforce our
Terms & Conditions and platform rules; to improve Platform features, user
experience, and performance (analytics); to send service messages such as account alerts, listing status updates, and important policy changes;
and to send marketing communications only where permitted and where you have opted in or have not opted out.
4) Payments (Paid Ads / Featured Listings)
KadiMudi may offer Paid Services such as featured listings, boosted ads, promotional placements, or subscription-style packages. When you make an
online payment, the transaction is processed by trusted third-party payment gateways and banking/payment partners.
We do not store your full card details (card number/CVV) on our servers. Payment gateways (such as PayHere, Koko, and/or other providers you choose
at checkout) securely process your payment. These providers may collect and retain transaction information (such as payment status and reference
numbers) to complete the payment, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Your payment data is also subject to the payment provider’s own
terms and privacy policies. Refunds (where applicable) are handled according to our
Refund Policy.
5) How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to operate the Platform.
a) Public listing information
When you post an ad, certain information is displayed publicly to enable responses. This may include ad title/description/images, category,
price, approximate location, and any contact details you choose to show within the ad. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.
We recommend avoiding sensitive information such as NIC, bank details, or passwords.
b) Service providers (processors)
We may share limited data with trusted providers who help us run the Platform, such as payment gateways and banking partners (to process payments),
hosting and infrastructure providers, email/SMS providers (to send OTPs, alerts, receipts, and support responses), analytics providers (e.g., Google
Analytics), and security and anti-abuse services (e.g., bot/spam protection). These providers are expected to handle data securely and only for the
services they provide to us.
c) Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or lawful request by competent authorities, or when necessary to protect our users,
prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
d) Business transfers
If we undergo a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction with
reasonable safeguards.

KadiMudi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has
